Over 27.1 million tons of agricultural commodities from Parana were sent overseas in the first 11 months of 2023, a 35.6% increase over the same time the previous year. National exports were USD 147.6 billion in the first 11 months of 2022, with 215.6 million tons of products sold. This year, till November, the volume increased by 16.3% to 250.7 million tons, while the value increased by 3.6% to USD 153 billion. It’s worth mentioning that, according to Agrostat statistics, soybean complex exports have climbed dramatically, with 14.7 million tons shipped this year, up from 8.9 million tons in 2022.
