AGRIBUSINESS EXPORTS TOTAL USD 15.6 BILLION IN JULY 2025

Brazilian agriculture exports reached USD 15.6 billion in July 2025, up 7.2% from June and 1.47% from July 2024, according to Secex. Soybeans led with 12.3 million tons (+9%), boosted by Chinese demand, despite a 7.1% reduction in average price. Soybean meal rose 7.2%, while oil fell 31% in volume but increased 11.5% in price. Fresh beef established a record with 237 thousand tons (+17% and price +26%), chicken rebounded after avian flu (+18.3% over June, but -22% year on year), and pork volume declined 5.2%, with prices rising 9.3%. Corn exports fell by 31% to 2.4 million tons, while ethanol volume increased by 72% and prices fell by 5%.
