AGRIBUSINESS EXPECTS GROWTH AFTER SLOW YEAR

Agribusiness companies are optimistic about growth over the next six months, following a challenging year marked by climate issues, declining commodity prices, and impacts from conflicts in Ukraine and Israel. The Agribusiness Sector Barometer survey by Falconi indicates that companies will focus on workforce training, advanced technology, and financial management to drive growth. The survey, involving 129 agribusinesses leaders, showed 67% anticipate sector growth, with the main challenges being market conditions, climate, and government policies. Companies are increasingly adopting tools like AI, drones, and big data, with 61% expecting significant technological changes in three years.
