The Port Authority of Santos (APS) has begun a public consultation for the auction of the 152.2 thousand m2 STS08 area to increase the storage capacity of liquid bulk, particularly fuels. The consultation will be open for submissions via the Participa + Brasil Platform and the APS website for 30 days after the official Gazette publication on October 30. The procedure then moves on to the Federal Court of Accounts, where it will be auctioned at B3. To promote competitiveness, the project intends to meet the growing demand for gasoline in Brazil’s Southeast, South, and part of the Midwest, as well as Bolivia, Paraguay, and Chile.
