Beginning May 1st, 2024, vessels docked at Suape Port will have another option for bunker fuel supply, aimed at optimizing port activities and boosting competitiveness. The new bunker supply service will be operated by Dislub, a company belonging to the Dislub Ecuador Group (GDE). The product will be pumped from the Ultracargo terminal to a barge through PGL1. This initiative aims to optimize port activities and boost competitiveness. To enable the bunker operation, Dislub will have access to the infrastructure of four tanks with a capacity of 10,000 m³ each, totaling 40,000 m³ of fuel storage. The product will be pumped from the Ultracargo terminal located in the organized port to a barge at Pier 1 for Liquid Bulk. Following this step, the vessel will be ready to provide onboard refueling for ships.
