BRAZIL SHIPPED 1.353 MILLION TONS OF CORN IN THE WEEK ENDED OCTOBER 31

Brazilian corn exports fell 13.9% to 1.353 million tons in the week ended October 31, according to Secex and DATAGRO Grãos. Despite the weekly decline, the volume was still 20.2% above the average weekly pace needed to hit the 42-million-ton target for the 2025-26 cycle. Shipments since the season’s start on February 1 stand at 26.236 million tons, up 1.2% from the prior cycle. On the import side, the weekly total was 51.7 thousand tons, contributing to a cumulative cycle total of 1.362 million tons, which is higher than the 1.074 million tons from 2024-25.
