Now, with the update, the crew is authorized to disembark in a Brazilian port 14 days after the date of departure from the last foreign port.
“Cargo vessels on an international route will only be able to dock and operate if there is no disembarkation of any crew member, for 14 days from the date of departure from the last foreign port, except for the disembarkations essential to the operation.
